Job Description

  • Work as a L3 support team member and utilize technical skills and product expertise helping to resolving customer product Incidents.
  • Troubleshoot business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust and easy to implement and maintain.
  • Take ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.
  • Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis, implement work around, communicate to all the stake holders and close the issue as per the agreed timelines in order to ensure support availability as per agreed SLA.
  • Incident handling (P1, P2, P3, and P4s) whenever required and Knowledge of ITIL would be preferred.
  • Adhere to escalation procedures & follow-up with development team when code change is required or complex issues are faced
  • Able to work in Shifts and 24x7 model if required and also should be flexible to be on call support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
  • Application support and customer handling experience in Microsoft stack.
  • Should have support experience in Development applications, tools using Angular, ASP Dot Net and cloud computing.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Shell scripts/ databases - MS SQL and can closely work with Storage and network
  • Good knowledge of Web technologies, Azure
  • Preferred if worked in product support background, Azure Cloud background
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate and document processes and workflows for use by various individuals of varying technical abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Technical Knowledge Preference - ASP.net, Angular, C#, Azure, Web API, SQL Server / PLSQL , Entity Service
Certifications Preference   - .Net, Azure / C# / SLQ/ PL SQL and ITIL
