Job Description

CloudMoyo is growing rapidly to support existing and new customer engagements. We are seeking a self-driven individual with a background in Program Management or Software Development to significantly contribute to a strategic engagement in a highly agile environment with a large customer.

We have exciting opportunities for program managers (PMs) to work in the most customer-connected engineering team with our large customer. We are looking for strong, customer-obsessed program managers who have a growth mindset, passion for customer experience, and an experimental approach in testing out new ideas. We currently have positions available focused on defining processes, tools, and standards for engineering teams and Customer Service & Support (CSS) to improve and enable planning, designing, building and operationalizing support.  

We are looking for an analytical thinker with great creativity for ideas/solutions. An ideal candidate for this role will have passion around building customer experiences at cloud scale and leading complex, highly visible engagements. This candidate can also negotiate and apply strong communication skills to establish priorities. The role requires a level of comfort with ambiguity, rapid changes, and tight deadlines, and requires the ability to leverage many different types of inputs to prioritize decisions. The ideal candidate will also have a natural ability to learn the nuances of new technologies and would be very comfortable with obtaining and analyzing data. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning and execution of the supportability Rhythm of Business reviews
  • Drive the supportability monthly newsletter content design and publishing 
  • Drive continuous process improvement projects 
  • Maintain, upgrade tools, dashboards to drive efficiency of supportability practices 
  • Operationalize the technical training program and onboarding program for support engineers 
  • Develop and maintain the Team wiki to document the current processes and tools
  • Drive supportability improvement projects from planning, to launch, adoption and impact measurement.

 

Qualifications

  • Desired B.S./B.A. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in technical program management role  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent technical and process design skills, with demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly 
  • Demonstrated passion for data driven decision making 
  • Strong problem-solving skills
