We are looking to hire a passionate, creative, and experienced ‘Business Analyst’ to deliver customer-centric BI solutions.

 The ideal candidate, is an individual who is passionate about Data and wants to build compelling experiences that allows customers to reveal the inherent clarity and intelligent decision-making insights from homogeneous datasets. Some of the requirements for this role include being an expert with solid understanding business needs around data, business intelligence and advance analytics. This person should be comfortable translating business requirements into report and dashboard mock-ups to fulfill KPI and analytics needs of the business. This role has a blend of business analysis and understanding of data which requires a driven, self-directed, and entrepreneurial in nature and focused on delivering the right results.

Excellent communication skills, experience in navigating a relationship with a large customer and the ability to quickly understand a large set of complex business processes are essential for an individual to excel in this role.

A B.S degree in computer science / related field or equivalent experience
Experience in analyzing business and business needs and translating the requirements into analytical reports and dashboards is a must
Experience in engaging business users and senior management to gather and understand requirements
Experience in documenting analytics and BI requirements and carving out BRDs and/or functional specifications documents
Experience in building reports and dashboards mock-ups to ideate and finalize requirements
Experience in at least one major visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview etc
Experience in MSBI & Power BI is a definite plus
10+ years of progressively responsible experience analyzing and managing reporting and analytics requirements for medium to large size BI implementations
A self-starter, can-do attitude i.e. What areas can I apply myself in and take ownership/responsibility and to be the go-to person in those areas.
An ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
Be able to plan and run sprints with engineering teams.
Manage requirements and project scope along with the project/program manager and drive resolution and keep project on schedule.
Experience with Agile software development methodology.

Knowledge of advanced/predictive analytics concepts (preferred).

Travel 30% (*Preferred candidates with valid US B1 or H1-B visa and available to travel onsite at a very short notice.
