We are seeking a self-driven individual with a background in Design, Architecture, Software Development to deliver customer-centric BI solutions.

The ideal candidate, is an individual who is passionate about Data and wants to build compelling experiences that allows customers to reveal the inherent clarity and intelligent decision-making insights from homogeneous datasets. Some of the requirements for this role include being a data expert with solid understanding of data ingestion, data processing, BI reporting & big data ecosystems. You should be comfortable building dashboards and architecting BI and analytics solution that is used to drive business decisions. This role has a blend of data engineering and analytics. You are driven, self-directed, entrepreneurial and focused on delivering the right results.

Excellent communication skills, experience in navigating a relationship with a large customer and the ability to quickly understand a large set of complex business processes are essential for an individual to excel in this role.

This position will be located at in Bellevue office with the flexibility to travel to the customer site on weekly basis.

• A B.S degree in computer science / related field or equivalent experience.
• Deep experience in MSBI (SSIS, SSAS), PowerBI
• Experience with HDInsight and Azure Analytics
• Experience with Advanced Analytics, Data Science (including Azure ML, Azure Databricks)
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience leading reporting and analytics solutions
• Experience with pre-sales, architecture and solution building for BI and Analytics
• A self-starter, can-do attitude – i.e. “What areas can I apply myself in and take ownership/responsibility and to be the go-to person in those areas”
• An ability to work with geographically distributed teams
• Experience with Agile software development methodology
• A multi-tasker who can juggle between projects/assignments
• Can travel up to 50% within United States
