Job Description
- Support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Maintain strong customer focus and work with all key stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Provide knowledge, recommendations, solutions, financial costs, and any other aspects for ongoing deals to project stakeholders.
- Provide proposals to project stakeholders which cover design and implementation as well as cost estimation and required skills and personnel to turn it into a success story.
- Ensure programs and projects are delivered within the scheduled scope, risk/issues, cost/budget, and resources expectations.
- Support all Google Cloud engagements for Cloud11, including delivering solutions’ architectures and data migration.
- Build the cloud unit structure and manage the cloud team.
- Plan a technical cloud strategy on what/when/how to use which GCP services. The strategy covers architecture, design, and guidelines.
- Establish an architectural framework that includes best practices and tools.
- Provide multi-level training on GCP services for tech and sales teams, followed by periodic training for emerging technologies in GCP and its competitors.
- Deliver training on Google Workspace products to customers through online and offline communications.
- Establish a focal point between tech and sales teams to translate closed deals into deliverables.
- Support sales team when engaging customers in emails to introduce technical advising (respond to customers’ emails within 1 working day) and suggest phone calls or online meetings if needed to gather requirements.
- Interact with customers for any technical aspects helping them with their issues.
- Share coding artifacts (including GitHub links) with the customer upon request.
- Document minutes of meetings while meeting with customers, business case paper and technical design document, and deployment run books.
- Provide hands-on implementation for proposed solutions when needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in the same role.
- Positive attitude and solid commitment to delivering quality work.
- Extensive GCP experience.
- Excellent understanding of Google Workspace services.
- Deep knowledge of mail exchanger, DNS, and mail routing functionalities.
- Perform sysytem administration like administration of storage and mailing systems.
- Implementing and monitoring GCP infrastructures.
- Architect and build containerization platforms (Docker/Kubernetes/GKE).
- Implement and managePaaS.
- Understand various deployment models and techniques.
- Know how to deploy apps based on their language, framework, and type.
- Programming in Python/Java/JavaScript.
- Understand the entire CI/CD process and the ability to design new CI/CD pipelines.
- Know how to set up and configure build servers, such as Jenkins.
- Understand monitoring, alerting, and automated response.
- Implement management and security solutions, including designing IAM.
- Design data backups for business continuity.
