¨      People management - Includes entry to exit formalities, employee engagement activities, grievance handling

¨      Payroll Management

¨      Recruitments – Includes job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, making job offers and negotiating salary

¨      Strategic HR – Create career development plans, balance scorecard, learning and development plans for the organization

¨      The importance of employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, confidentiality, employee records and database management

¨      MIS Preparation and report generation

¨      Candidate must have excellent communication skills

¨      Must have done MBA(HR) from a reputed university
