Job Description

The role

As part of the One Europe Technology Learning and Development team, reporting to the UK Technology Learning and Development Manager, you will deliver high‑quality technology learning to our internal clients across One Europe. This includes lawyers and business professionals working in a fast‑paced, professional services environment.

This role goes beyond core training delivery. Alongside virtual and in‑person sessions and Tech Hub engagement, you will actively contribute to evolving how technology learning is designed, shared, and scaled across One Europe. You will bring curiosity, energy, and a collaborative mindset, helping to modernise learning through AI, Copilot, and agent‑based initiatives, while ensuring our foundations remain strong.

What will you be responsible for

Training Delivery and Learner Support

  • Deliver high‑quality technology training virtually and in person, including group sessions, 1‑2‑1s, Tech Bars (virtual), and demonstrations.
  • Support and contribute to trainee, SQE, and new joiner technology inductions, including ongoing revamps and improvements.
  • Actively participate in Tech Hub (in-person) delivery, preparation, and engagement, supporting learners in real time and acting as a visible, trusted presence.

Learning Design and Content

  • Create, update, and maintain learning content across multiple formats, including eLearning, videos, reference guides, intranet content, and Page Tiger sites.
  • Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and easy to consume, treating learning assets as living resources rather than one‑off deliverables.
  • Incorporate modern learning approaches and consumer‑grade best practice into a professional services context.

One Europe Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

  • Contribute to One Europe advisory sessions and cross‑regional collaboration, identifying opportunities to align or merge deliverables where appropriate.
  • Support the development of frameworks that enable knowledge sharing, consistency, and appropriate shift‑left learning with Legal Technology Advisors.
  • Actively share learning insights, approaches, and materials across regions to support a One Europe mindset.

AI, Copilot, and Innovation

  • Contribute to AI, Copilot, and agent‑based learning initiatives, supporting experimentation, piloting, and practical application in learning delivery.
  • Maintain curiosity around emerging technology and help translate new capabilities into meaningful learning experiences for users.

Global and Strategic Initiatives

  • Support global and One Europe objectives, including communications, training needs analysis, and new or evolving induction programmes.
  • Contribute to new or emerging initiatives as required, adapting to changing priorities and organisational needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate reporting, LMS administration, and learning records.
  • Support team processes, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

Qualifications

Your experience

  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or learning support in a professional environment.
  • A natural curiosity about technology and how people learn.
  • Strong interest in AI, Copilot, and modern digital tools, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
  • Confidence explaining technology concepts clearly and practically to time‑pressured audiences.
  • Experience creating learning materials such as eLearning, videos, or written guidance.
  • Comfort working in a large organisation, managing deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and contribute beyond core delivery.
  • Experience with AI tools, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies is desirable but not essential.
