Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) website customer support specialist for a long term contract with an option to hire opportunity in Denver, CO. This role will work from home until it is safe to return to the office in Denver, CO. This position will start off at $17 per hour with eligibility for a raise in the near future. These roles will be supporting Colorado residents with website support request such as:
- Password reset requests
- Assist with website navigation
- Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Resolve user account problems
- Assistance in handling simple problems or generic 'how to' questions.
Qualifications
Education: H.S. Diploma and/or Computer coursework (applicable certifications) is preferred and the desire to enter into the Information Technology field.
Must be able to read and write in Spanish
Experience:
- Good with technology
- Computer Savvy
- Customer Service skills
Additional Information
This long term contract will start off remote due to COVID This role might start off remote due to the pandemic, but may return onsite in the future. The hours are between 7:00 am- 5:30 pm, so flexibility to work within those hours is required. This shift will work between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
This entry level role will pay $17 per hour
