We are seeking 2 Technical Writer professionals for a 6 month contract (with option to extend) contract opportunity.  These roles are full remote and can sit from anywhere within the U.S. 

In these roles,  you will work with the Project Management teams in creating and posting project management knowledge articles, processes and procedures.  This position will require interaction with multiple individuals through-out the IT organization.

• Experience in marketing and communications
• Experience in technical writing
• Experience in the program and project management industry preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to improve documentation process.
• Proficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and composition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errors
•  Strong interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with ServiceNow application
• Experience in the Information Technology industry
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferred
