We are seeking a QA Test Engineer with automation experience for a direct-hire/permanent  role supporting an outcome-focused workflow optimization platform.  This role will be fully remote and will offer a salary and a comprehensive benefit package.  

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

• Automate acceptance testing methods
• Collaborate closely with our Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to understand the requirements, acceptance criteria, and how the software is supposed to perform
• You will select and deploy automation tools, and continuously add more test cases with each sprint
• Ensuring solution supports the stories being produced by the Product Managers
• Manually testing releases until automation is in place
• Help determine root cause and how to reproduce bugs based on reported symptoms
• Recommending and deploying automation to replace the manual testing
• Determining priority for test scenarios

• Experience establishing an automated test environment from scratch
• 5+ years in a software QA role
• 3+ years of experience leveraging automated test tools for web-based SaaS products
• Understand available QA automation solutions with ability to match the right tool for our needs
• Appropriate programming skills to script automation
• Experience testing applications with responsive and adaptive design with a “mobile first” approach
• Creative problem-solving skills
• History of delivering projects on time
• Experience working in a fully Agile environment
