Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician for a direct hire/full time position in the Denver Tech Center. In this role, you will respond to basic technical support requests via phone and/or through the online technical support request page. This role is more of the first line resolution/ Tier 1 support, however, there is room for advancement and promotion with time in the role. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Provides Technical Support through phone calls and/or on-line questions from employees relating to hardware, software and connectivity problems with desktop/laptop computers and peripheral equipment
- Diagnoses problem using working knowledge of company systems and equipment and advises user on how to solve problem or resolve issue.
- Documents the users technical support issues and resolution in the help desk log.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 year related computer or help desk experience

This role will be a full time/direct hire role in the Denver Tech Center.
