Job Description

We have two immediate openings for Help Desk professionals in Denver, CO! These roles will start out as a 6 month contract with a strong option to extend further (long term contract opportunity here).   In this fast paced, team oriented environment, you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external customers on a remote basis, by phone, and some onsite support services.   This role will be onsite, Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:30 am-4:00 pm.    In this growing Windows environment, you will responsible for:

  • PC hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Network (LAN/WAN) and phone support
  • O365 Support
  • Troubleshooting and technical problem solving
  • Creating and supporting domain accounts
  • Utilizing a ticketing system to manage requests
  • Utilize Azure for device management/user administration

Qualifications

  • Mid- level help desk support experience
  • Windows support experience
  • O365 support experience (Azure is a huge plus)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to field calls with clients and trouble shoot
  • Good communication skills
  • Quick learner- ability to pick up training and run with it
  • Healthcare experience is a plus!

Additional Information

This long term contract role is located near the downtown Denver area.  This role will be onsite Monday- Friday between 7:30 am- 4:00 pm
