Job Description
We have two immediate openings for Help Desk professionals in Denver, CO! These roles will start out as a 6 month contract with a strong option to extend further (long term contract opportunity here). In this fast paced, team oriented environment, you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external customers on a remote basis, by phone, and some onsite support services. This role will be onsite, Monday- Friday between the hours of 7:30 am-4:00 pm. In this growing Windows environment, you will responsible for:
- PC hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Network (LAN/WAN) and phone support
- O365 Support
- Troubleshooting and technical problem solving
- Creating and supporting domain accounts
- Utilizing a ticketing system to manage requests
- Utilize Azure for device management/user administration
Qualifications
- Mid- level help desk support experience
- Windows support experience
- O365 support experience (Azure is a huge plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to field calls with clients and trouble shoot
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner- ability to pick up training and run with it
- Healthcare experience is a plus!
Additional Information
This long term contract role is located near the downtown Denver area. This role will be onsite Monday- Friday between 7:30 am- 4:00 pm
