  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients
  • Source high quality candidates to match client’s requests
  • Producing adverts for roles
  • Reviewing CVs
  • Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles
  • Hitting/ Surpassing targets to earn impressive commission
