Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a retail setting on behalf of our clients to provide a positive customer experience

• Answer questions regarding our clients' products and services and current promotions

• Identify and recommend appropriate products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences

• Create and maintain customer loyalty through excellent customer interactions

• Participate in on-going training and development

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years+ with High School Degree / GED; 2-4 year degree preferred

• Must be a LOCAL applicant with reliable transportation

• Excellent face to face communication skills

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-service related field preferred

• Fast learner, detail oriented, and positive attitude
