Our client who is a Fortune 500 Pharmaceuticals company is looking for a Senior Recruiter. 

Job Description

Identify and share recruitment best practices. Maintain current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements. 

• Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience & requirements, education and training, knowledge/skills/abilities and other data pertinent in classification and selection for a wide variety of positions. 

• Gathers candidate feedback from interview teams and assists in leading the final assessment and selection process. 

• Develops salary recommendations, inclusive of, when appropriate, sign-on bonuses, relocation, long term incentive programs, and annual bonus. Present and negotiate offers to selected candidates. 

• Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner. 

• Provide company information to candidates and appropriately 'sell' candidates on the value proposition of the company experience. 

• The ability to build strong relationships with internal clients while partnering with the HRBPs. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting in the clinical research space. 

• Previous working experience in a corporate recruiting capacity is required. 

• Experienced in recruiting for a wide variety of positions within the biotech/pharma industry is preferred. 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer focus and organizational skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to apply judgment to ambiguous situations. 

• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately. 

• Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, EEO laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies). 

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. 

• Experience with applicant tracking systems required, preferably Taleo. 

• Must have strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills. 

• Strong customer and marketplace focus, negotiation and influencing skills, relationship building, project management, and time management are required. 

• Behavioral Based Interviewing training is highly desirable.

60-90k plus bonus
