Seeking Staff & Senior Accountant

Job Description

• Analyzes balance sheet and income statement accounts.

• Prepares journal entries and Accruals required for monthly accounting closings. Prepares quarterly financial statements.

• Assists Senior Accountant in review of A/P and A/R and maintenance of General Ledger • Assists in preparation of supporting schedules for corporate tax returns.

• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations.

• Reviews daily invoice posting runs.

• Assists with ad hoc projects and delegated assignments

• Assists in special projects as needed

Qualifications Job Requirements • Bachelors Degree in Accounting required • 1 -3 years experience in Accounting for Staff and 3-4 yrs. exp. for Senior Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements: • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Analytical skills

$50K-60K for Staff Accountant

$60K-68K Range for Senior Accountant
