TREASURY ANALYST – BERGEN COUNTY NJ

Perform all Treasury Cash Operations processes in a timely and efficient manner ensuring strong internal controls. Responsible for the re-implementation of the Treasury workstation and the SAP conversion 

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for daily cash operations such as cash positioning, EFT payments, inter-company settlements, borrowing activities, and cash forecasting 

• Provide monthly and quarterly cash reports and analysis to Corporate Accounting and international business units for proper recording to the General Ledger

• Perform FX back office activities per company FX Hedging Policy

• Assist in the implementation of a global treasury workstation, as well as conversion to SAP

• Execute debt borrowings, rollovers, and principal & interest payments.

• Process interest rate swap activities including interest payments and rate resets

• Record intercompany loan activity and documentation

• Bank account maintenance; opening and closing of accounts, verifying signers, maintaining documentation. Monitor and report on bank fees.

• Review all cash management activities; provide recommendations for process and systems improvements and implement best practices 

• Lead cash management matters for internal and external auditors. 

• Assist the Treasury Manager with other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field

• MBA or CTP/CCM designation a plus 

• 3-6 years experience in Treasury Operations including cash management, banking relationships, cash flow forecasting and banking operations. 

• Experience using a Treasury workstation and/or banking software is required. Experience with SAP a plus 

• Ability to work with all levels of the organization both as a self-starter and in a team environment 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

$75K-85K Range + Bonus
