Job Description

he Manager Sales Finance will work directly with Marketing and Sales to optimize sales spend efficiency through ongoing analysis and evaluation of merchandising effectiveness.                            

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage major Sales cost centers

  • Manage Month End reporting

  • Review targets and plans to ensure financial objectives will be met

  • Calculate ROI’s

  • Represent Sales in financial planning processes, and informs Business Development of key changes that are made to the budgets

  • Execute high-priority customer and division level sales analyses and develops insights to share

  • Identify sales spend risks and opportunities

  • Measure and report sales productivity and other factors that explain variances in performance

Qualifications

  • BS Degree required, MBA preferred

  • Minimum 4 years Consumer Package Goods Sales, Sales Marketing or Sales Finance

  • Minimum 2 years of responsibility for sales spending management and analysis

Additional Information

$110K plus bonus
