Programme Manager - Electrification for Aerospace - Design engineering. UK

Project/ Programme/ Product Manager - New Product Introduction for Aerospace electrification projects.
You will need to have strong & formal experience as Project Manager in Aerospace Engineering – ideally Airbus.

Role:
You will Manage Projects & Budgets & customers for Complete design and analysis of electro-mechanical systems: specialising in electrification, including electrical machine design and analysis, electromechanical system integration and control. 
These groundbreaking new software & engineering design tools are being adopted by leading OEMs in Aerospace, Automotive, Rail & Renewable Energy worldwide.
Your focus is on achieving business results. To ensure long-term success and profitability, You will analyze the project portfolio, evaluate project flow, publish reports and conduct review meetings to keep projects on track and prioritize. 

Essential Experience:

Formal Project Manager experience – full responsibility for project delivery.
Commercial responsibility & managing budgets

Engineering background in aerospace (ideally Airbus) 
BEng Engineering – Electrical or Mechanical. 
Prince 2 / AGILE

Excel / VBA: this is a data driven role

Project management qualification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
Supply chain management & negotiation experience, eg contracts 
Full ownership and accountability of solution delivery projects

NPI / PLM for Aerospace
