Job Description

  • Installation and configuration of computer equipment;
  • User support;
  • Management of placed orders;
  • Ability to detect and solve technical problems.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience;
  • Solid knowledge of microinformatics;
  • Windows 10 Professional operating system;
  • Windows server 2008 R2 and higher and Active Directory;
  • Microsoft Office 365;
  • TCP / IP networks, preferably with Cisco equipment;
  • ITIL (optional);
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
