Job Description

This internship within the Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service will be working specifically with the Foster Grandparent program

The individual that is selected must be able to perform the following:

  • Update WordPress website with current information
  • Excellent email and phone communication skills
  • Review records and create a checks and balance system
  • Assist with Yearly Recognition Luncheon planning
  • Gather donations for events
  • Social media content compilation
  • Other tasks as assigned

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge or a desire to learn WordPress
  • Strong organizational skills are a must
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize is crucial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office

Qualifications

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
