Type: Max-Term until 30 June 2027 - Linked to Funding
Roster: This is a part-time role, Wed to Fri 8.00am - 4.00pm (with flexibility on the time)
Salary: From $83,638.59 base salary + super (based on experience)

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Business Support Officer to play a key role in coordinating services and supporting our frontline teams.

Job Description

About the Role
As our Business Support Officer Community, you will provide vital administrative and rostering support to Community Services programs. You will work closely with customers, support workers, volunteers, families and external service providers to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating service schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Resolving rostering challenges
  • Helping ensure customers receive high-quality support.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Services or a related qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • National Police Clearance (less than three months old).
