 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate domestic waste collection vehicles
  • Collect bins across designated routes
  • Perform pre-start checks and report issues
  • Clean up spills and repair bin lids/wheels
  • Record work hours and incidents
  • Support teammates to complete rounds
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation
  • Deliver high-quality customer service

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious driver with a passion for community service. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Current HR Driver’s Licence
  • National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
  • Experience operating large plant in urban areas
  • Knowledge of OH&S and traffic management
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Map reading and radio communication skills
  • Safety Awareness Training Certificate (desirable)
