Job Description

Information Clerk I:
We are currently seeking motivated candidates to perform customer service, clerical, and administrative duties in City Hall.  The selected candidate will perform customer service functions by greeting, assisting, and directing visitors; responding to inquiries both in-person and via telephone; notifying appropriate parties of visitor arrival; and processing customer payments.  Administrative and clerical responsibilities include, but are not limited to: data entry; copying; scanning; filing; preparing documents and reports with a high degree of accuracy and within established deadlines.

This position will be scheduled to work 12:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday.

The starting pay for this position is $11.97/hour.  The pay range is $11.97- 17.36/hour.
 

Qualifications

Must possess a Florida class "E" driver’s license, and high school diploma/equivalent. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must demonstrate proficiency with PCs and computer software/applications and general knowledge of office equipment.
