The Director will translate the Sheriff’s strategic priorities and performance improvement plan into an actionable implementation strategy with clearly defined objectives, milestones and timelines. This centralized approach will provide the Sheriff and DOF executive leadership with greater visibility into organizational performance and the status of high-priority initiatives while allowing operational leadership to remain focused on core enforcement activities.
