***ONLY CANDIDATES PERMANENT IN THE CLERICAL ASSOCIATE TITLE WILL BE CONSIDERED***

The Clerical Associate selected for the position will perform tasks that may include but are not limited to:
- Sorting and classifying mail received in the Unit
- Routing invoices received in electronic inboxes
- Electronic invoice tracking to provide status updates
- Maintaining log of all payment vouchers
- Create folders for new vendors as needed
- Time stamp incoming mail and photocopy invoices to be routed for approval
- Deliver and retrieve paperwork to and from ECS unit
- Filing and archiving as needed
- Retrieve records for attorneys in regards to FOIL requests
- Special projects may be assigned as needed – all tasks are subject to change and modification to meet the needs of the unit

CLERICAL ASSOCIATE - 10251

Qualification Requirements
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Skills Requirement
Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
