Job Description
Under direct supervision, the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for the department’s storeroom operations. Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Drive/operate vehicles and equipment, as needed.
2. Receive, inspect, unpack, stock, pack, delivery/distribution, and care for material, supplies and equipment.
3. Check deliveries and materials received against invoices, packing slips, etc. for accuracy, discrepancies, and damages.
4. Keep storeroom clean and organized.
5. Maintain inventory controls, logs, reports, and detailed recordkeeping at all times.
6. Reconcile inventory counts on a regular and routing basis.
7. Substitute as an Emergency Service Helper (weekdays, weekends & holidays), when necessary.
8. Assist with car service operations, when necessary.
9. Work in Maximo and Oracle applications.
NOTES:
1. Possession of a valid tri-state driver’s license is required and must be maintained for the duration of employment.
2. Candidate selected must be available to work and travel throughout the five boroughs.

1. Possession of a valid driver's license is required. Applicants must have the ability to drive with manual transmission.
