Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager for Data Governance, the Community Associate will work on projects that are related to planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and/or evaluation of reports and system enhancements. The Community Associate will initially focus on assisting the Senior Manager for Data Governance with preparing reports, performing data analyses, and documenting system requirements.
Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with the coordination and implementation of projects and programs.
- Prepare recurring reports at their set frequency.
- Participate in the refinement of existing reporting metrics and the development of new metrics.
- Prepare and refine materials for program improvement projects, including documenting recommendations and requirements for procedure improvements.
- Perform other tasks and handle other projects as assigned.

1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
