Job Description
Under general supervision with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, performs responsible work in community outreach and follow-up in relation to ensuring accurate compensation. The selected candidate will provide administrative support and perform difficult and responsible clerical operations, with duties and responsibilities inclusive but not limited to the following:
- Maintain, review and process long term leave of absences including FMLA, illness, child care and military leave.
- Audit of electronic records.
- Process separation of services including resignation, retirement, termination and end of program assignments.
- Process actions to Payroll.
- Process records of interagency transfers.
- Perform related administrative responsibilities.

1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
