Job Description
*ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT FULL-TIME ANNUALLY PAID PARKS EMPLOYEES*
Major Responsibilities
- Under general supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, perform difficult and responsible clerical operations.
- Coordinate store-to-store requisitions using the Asset Management Parks System (AMPS).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels; print and update barcode labels for inventory purposes; add parts and additional costs to work orders; place requisitions using eRequester for the creation of purchase orders; create vendor receipts and receive reports.
- Disperse supplies to districts as necessary; distribute tools and hardware to Shops’ staff.
- Keep storehouse and office in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Knowledge of tools, hardware and building materials is a must.

Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
