This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. There will be some travel required to our London, Milton Keynes, Glasgow and Irlam offices. 

This is a 12m fixed-term contract.

How you’ll change it up

As our Senior Operations Manager, you'll ensure excellent customer service and comprehensive property installations through your proactive approach to their management, as well as overseeing pre-installation activities, installation components, field resource planning, operational finance, and incident reviews across all live cities. You'll also be using your strong leadership skills to motivate and empower teams and partners to achieve key business and customer objectives. Day to day, this is some of of what you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing health, safety, security, performance, and discipline of team members
  • Leading, developing, and coaching team members for enhanced performance
  • Managing installation partners and ensuring effective operational performance
  • Maintaining and updating governance/process documentation
  • Fostering relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and clients, and managing installation activities for 'Right First Time' success
  • Conducting regular reviews of contract suppliers and manage risks and issues with necessary controls

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Self-starter with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in relationship and process management, including project/programme oversight
  • Skilled in negotiation, analytical thinking, and resourceful in achieving delivery and service-oriented outcomes
  • Extensive experience with MS Office software and willing to travel throughout the UK
