Resettlement Placement – Customer Experience Insight Analyst

  • Intern
  • Division: Customer

Job Description

As the fastest-growing fibre network in the UK, you could say we’re changing things up. Not only are we unlocking the digital potential of an entire nation, but we’re also constantly evolving, to give our people the most seamless employee experience possible. We’re doing this by creating a sense of purpose among our teams and offering career development opportunities the like of which has never been seen before.

We believe the transition from a military career to CityFibre to be a natural step, whether you have completed a full term or shorter service, all the skills and behavioural traits you may not even appreciate, make you a perfect candidate for our company. Our work is fuelled by the possibility of building something better for the UK – we know that’s something you’re passionate about too.

Who is the Resettlement Programme for?

Our placements are aimed at service leavers, who are planning on leaving the military and are looking for an internship opportunity during their official resettlement period. We offer placements of between 1 – 8 weeks, whilst still being paid by the MoD.

What is a Voice of Customer Insight Champion?

Our customers are at the heart of what we do, so it’s important to us that we’re always striving to delivery legendary service, giving them a best-in-class customer experience that continually goes above and beyond. Our Voice of Customer Champions help us to do exactly this.

They capture and use all improvement opportunities through feedback from our partners and employees, providing us with valuable insights into our current customer experience, and where we can improve.

What will I be doing?

You’ll work alongside our experienced team, helping to analyse insights, monitor social media insights to understand consumer pinch points, running reports, and supporting on the launch of new communications and initiatives. It’s a chance to experiencing first-hand what life is like working as part of our dynamic Customer division.

To get the absolute most out of this placement, you’ll have an interest in data and insights, want to gain an understanding on how to successfully manage projects and you won’t be a stranger to running reports!

Our Armed Forces Network

Our Service Leavers know what it means to be a part of something bigger. We’ve set up the CityFibre Armed Forces Network to offer our ex-forces employees a sense of comfort and familiarity. It’s a place to come together, share experiences, offer support and raise awareness for different military charities.

You’ll be introduced to the Network during your time with us, so they can offer support, guidance and answer any questions you might have about your transition into civilian life.

CityFibre’s unique culture

So that’s the opportunity, now let us tell you a bit more about life at CityFibre. We’ve built a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace that offers anyone the chance to grow a new career. We’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Women, have partnerships with Work180, Vercida and Disability Confidence, just to name a few and it inspires us day-to-day. The foundations of our teams are rooted in respect, development and continuous support. Our people are already changing it up, are you ready to join them?
