How can you change it up?

Our SHE Advisors are vital in ensuring the safety, health environment, and quality of our network delivery operations. As a key player within the compliance team, you’ll work alongside the business embedding standards and maintaining reasonable assurance of our contractors. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:

  • Travelling to our various sites, undertaking inspections and conducting accident investigations
  • Supporting the compliance team by providing professional health and safety advice, guidance, training and support to the project, design and technical teams
  • Facilitating compliance through the management system and working closely with the company ISO and Policy Assurance Manager

You’ll be a driven and passionate person, ideally with experience working in telecommunications or a utility associated construction industry, who can confidently act as a subject matter expert across the CityFibre teams. It’s essential that you possess some key qualifications which will include a General NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent), NRSWA Supervisor, Basic First Aid and a full driving license. You will bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:

  • Risk assessment management and method statement review
  • Completing site inspections and investigations
  • Compliance and maintenance of relevant standards
  • CDM regulations and their application during the different stages of construction
  • Excellent report writing and documentation management
