How can you change it up?

As a senior Initiative Manager working in the Network Build Centre of Excellence department you’ll be critical to the success of CityFibre’s rollout. It’s a brand-new role, giving you a chance to make your mark in a growing industry and an opportunity to be part of our success in meeting and exceeding customer commitments. You’ll be managing and supporting a team focusing on driving improvements to productivity, cost, and quality. As part of this exciting role, you’ll also oversee and manage a portfolio to ensure they’re delivering. You will be supporting a national rollout which will include travelling to build cities nationwide and operational locations. A car allowance is included. What will you bring to the role?

This role would suit an experienced person who excels in a broad role and can work across stretching and demanding timelines. You will need to have a Prince2, MOP APM portfolio management, a strong commercial awareness, and the ability to push your team to reach their potential.

You’ll have a proven track record of delivering medium to large initiatives and experience of successful end-to-end management of client/business, contractors, procurement, and network design. Communication skills are key, along with risk mitigation and leadership skills – the perfect combination.
