How can you change it up?

As our Partnership Marketing Manager, you will lead the Marketing engagement with our regional ISPs and develop and Launch our ISP Hub to share best practices. You'll be responsible for building deep and impactful relationships with the commercial and marketing teams within these ISPs to support them in designing and implementing a tailored marketing approach. 

CityFibre will support the development of your commercial leadership skills so that you can articulate the ARUP and CPA of our ISP partners and use this to support our growth strategies. When working with our data & Insights team you will use our data (including propensity modelling, Overbuild and Social Demographic indexes) to improve the effectiveness of our ISP marketing strategies.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Owning the marketing relationships with our Regional and Challenger ISPs 
  • Collaborating with the Consumer Sales team to ensure the Account Objectives and commitments are met
  • Taking responsibility for sharing best practices with our ISPs to create an effective online journey to maximise sales conversions. 
  • Working closely with the Growth Marketing team to help influence ISPs to deploy marketing strategies that best support target penetration growth across the CityFibre network
  • Ensuring new city launches are successfully implemented by collaborating closely with our Local Activation, Regional development team and Digital teams 

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing professional who has experience in acquiring and nurturing customer relationships within the consumer telco industry. You'll need to see the world through the eyes of our ISPs, supporting CityFibre's efforts to recruit and grow key ISP relationships. You must be flexible to travel to other areas of the UK for work when required. As we are a high-growth company, you need to be comfortable with change and quick to adapt to new situations. Alongside this, it'll be beneficial if you have: 

  • Experience with account management, working with multiple accounts
  • Experience working with remote teams and colleagues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Evidence of comfort with numbers and sales reports
  • B2B, B2C and B2B2C experience 
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to make complex issues appear simple
