Produce monthly CAPEX spend variance analysis and liaise with commercial finance to understand drivers of variance vs budget
Maintain fixed asset registers to ensure accurate additions, disposals and depreciation posted into monthly accounts
Maintenance of the fixed asset results, to provide ad hoc support for both internal stakeholders from across the business and external stakeholders e.g. Ofcom
Produce and take ownership over monthly timesheet data to ensure data completeness and accuracy for the labour capitalisation calculation

- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
