How can you change it up?

We’re looking for a Build Coordinator to support the City Build Manager and Build Assurance Engineers in delivering H3G rollouts across our cities. By identifying and managing critical components, you will ensure our H3G rollout stays on track and within budget. You’ll also;

  • Ensure full visibility of activity, costs, and risks across all areas of the project
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation across Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Ensure that all design packs contain the required network to provide connectivity to the site curtilage
  • Co-ordinate the physical infrastructure, visiting the H3G sites as required with the BAEs to identify the optimum solution

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for someone with a track record in coordinating large scale complex projects in a B2B environment, who also has;

  • Experience of end-to-end Project Management delivery, incorporating clients, contractors, procurement and network design
  • Experience of devising and delivering mitigations to address key risks facing the project
  • The ability to develop and manage budgets and finances
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, including managing and motivating matrix teams
