How can you change it up?

At this pivotal point in our expansion, ensuring our build programme is effectively planned, tracked and monitored is essential. Forming part of our central Project Management Team, you will work with our City Teams to make sure they are fully up-to-speed on all project control processes, procedures and requirements, building the team’s competency and capacity in a sustainable way that allows us to meet our ambitious targets. You’ll also;

  • Provide regional risk management leadership, facilitating change within the region
  • Manage risk through regular workshops, risk registers and risk mitigation plans
  • Administer and maintain the risk database for the region
  • Support the continuous improvement of risk management activities with recommendations

What will you bring to the role?

You’ll bring significant EPC/EPCM experience gained on major infrastructure projects to the team, as well as;

  • Risk and change management leadership experience
  • A proven track record of successful risk or change management delivery
  • The ability to use project risk management systems, such as Active Risk Manager, @RISK, or Primavera Risk Analysis
  • Experience of change management systems such as PRISM Change modules
