Company Description
💙 Care Assistants Wanted – Join Our Comfort Call Team in Retford! ✨ Brighter Days. Fresh Challenges. Real Impact. ✨
At Comfort Call (part of the CCH Group), every day is different. We are currently experiencing rapid growth and have multiple exciting opportunities available to fit your life.
We are actively recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of Retford.
🏡 What is Homecare?
Homecare is all about helping vulnerable adults remain safe, happy, and independent in the place they love most – their own home.
Unlike working in a residential or hospital setting, community care is focused on building genuine relationships, providing companionship, and supporting people to live life on their own terms.
You'll do far more than complete tasks – you'll become a trusted part of someone's day and make a real difference to their quality of life. If you want to go home each day knowing you've changed someone's life for the better, this role could be perfect for you.
📍 Work Close to Home Across Worksop.
We're currently recruiting Care Assistants across some of Worcestershire's most vibrant and diverse communities. Thanks to rapid expansion, we are actively hiring for:
- 🌳Retford Central is buzzing right now! Covering DN22 6 and DN22 7, this area is growing faster than ever, with fresh referrals landing each week. Runs are neatly split across Hallcroft, Ordsall, Spital Hill and the Town Centre, creating manageable patches and strong local connections. Each area has its own close-knit team, and we're looking to welcome more people as we continue to grow and build something special together.
💫 Worksop - If growth had a postcode, it would be S80 and S81! 🚀 Worksop is one of our biggest areas and shows no signs of slowing down. Demand for our care services is higher than ever, and as the area's lead provider, we're welcoming new referrals daily. It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same and opportunities are always around the corner.
🚀 Harworth and Bircotes may be small, but they're certainly making big moves! Covering DN11, this growing area is seeing increasing demand and plenty of opportunity. A friendly, close-knit team is already at the heart of the community, and we're looking to grow that team as the area continues to flourish. It's the perfect place for someone who enjoys building relationships and being part of something on the rise.
(We also have opportunities across through out Worksop)
