Every night as a Waking Night Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same – life-changing.

You’ll:

• Provide overnight support to help people stay safe and comfortable in their own homes
• Offer reassurance and companionship during the night
• Carry out regular checks and respond to any needs that arise
• Assist with medication, mobility, and personal care when required
• Support with repositioning and continence care
• Be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team, ensuring peace of mind for clients and their families
