We are currently looking for Full or Part-Time Female Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our friendly, dedicated team supporting service users across Basildon and Laindon.
🚗 A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

💷 Pay Rates
- Mon–Fri: £12.21 per hour
- Sat: £12.51 per hour
- Sun: £12.71 per hour
- Mileage: £0.30 per mile
⏰ Shift Patterns
Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
- Day shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sleep-in / Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🌟 Your Role as a Support Worker / Care Assistant
You’ll play a vital role our female service user to live independently, with dignity and confidence. No two days are the same—you’ll be supporting service users at home and in the community, making a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Encouraging participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication
- Supporting mobility and rehabilitation after hospital stays

Qualifications
🙋 What We’re Looking For
We welcome both experienced carers and those new to care—full training is provided.
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient
- Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
- Strong communicators with good people skills
- Observant, attentive, and organised
- Able to work independently while following care plans
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
