Job Description
Remote role
Salary up to £52,000
Role Overview:
Responsible for the safe delivery of care, achieving commissioned hours, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing rosters to reduce agency spend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Coordinator Management: Implement KPIs, support compliance, optimize rostering, drive growth, and reduce agency reliance.
- Collaboration: Work with Regional Managers to maximize growth and ensure delivery of commissioned hours.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records (People Planner, ACP) and ensure roster standards.
- Staff & People Management: Oversee team performance, communicate updates, and manage disciplinary and development processes.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Operations Director on performance, compliance, and key issues.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in health, social care, or management (e.g., NVQ, Diploma in Health and Social Care).
- Experience in managing care coordination
- Knowledge of the CCH standard and regulations governing the care industry.
