My client is a well respected specialist within the Engineering sector with their international HQ located just south of Frankfurt.

The compliance team, who work closely with Group Internal Audit are currently expanding at manager level. In particular, we are looking to strengthen the IT Compliance team as well as the mentoring and implementation of best practices across the group.

We are looking for a well educated and seasoned professional with at least 5 years of IT Compliance experience to join the team. The incumbent will lead and advise IT compliance strategies for group functions, especially related to operational processes. Your knowledge will allow you to make a considerable impact into new and old IT compliance  risk assessments and furthermore, you will carry out hands-on compliance visits at numerous, international sites.

Your deep knowledge of IT systems will support and develop the Group’s IT systems on areas such as integrity reviews for third parties, advice and incident processing system reviews and development and further tasks as required.

The title of manager not only allows you to make considerable impact up to Director level but also to shape the future of the department and company as a whole. You will play a pivotal role in providing training in the use of IT across the group and within the compliance function.

Key Profile Requirements:

-          5-7 Years of IT Audit, Risk and Compliance focused working experience

-          You are an analytical self starter with a drive to make significant change

-          You are organised and confident in your ability to deliver results

-          You have international exposure and have a willingness to travel globally

-          You speak and write English fluently (German advantageous)

-          Proven track record in providing continuous development to an IT Compliance structure

Salary - €90,000 Basic plus performance related bonus – total remuneration in excess of €100,000
