My client is a multinational engineering corporation. The Internal Audit function responsible for the EMEA region sits in Frankfurt, where there is a need for a SOX specialist to join the team due to an internal promotion.

The role will include:

• SOX audits and analysis of results
• Evaluation of SOX internal controls
• Collecting and analysing complex data
• Consistent improvement of the SOX control environment

The right candidate:

• 5+ years of relevant audit and SOX experience
• Big Four background but 2/3 years in an internal role preferred
• ACCA, CIA, CFE, CPA preferred
• Strong IT skills – ideally experience having used SAP
• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (ACL, IDEA)
