My client is a major Technology brand with a global presence. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit leader to develop a career with this multinational organisation. You will build relationships with department heads globally and undertake an autonomous role within a growing, ambitious solution provider within the e-commerce and internet technology corner.

The Role

The Head of Corporate Governance will have global responsibility; this recruit will be required to implement a sustained programme of internal controls. Your remit will also include the recruitment and development of a focussed team, to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls relating to risks.

The successful candidate will contribute to risk assessment profiles and business monitoring and overall implementation of group’s audit strategy in line with ascertained methodology, in unison with Internal Audit.

The successful candidate should have:

-        10-15 years’ Corporate Governance experience

-        Business fluency in English and German

-        Extensive experience in SOX implementations

-        Demonstrative experience of implementing Controls Programmes

-        Held previous management positions, ideally from a commercial or industrial background

-        Experience with SAP, particularly modules FI and BW

The travel equate to 10-80%, depending on how you coordinate your subordinates.
