A requirement has arisen due to an internal promotion of the regional audit lead for a household name within the insurance sector.  My client is one of the industries fastest growing companies, with interests across the continent following a series of high profile mergers and acquisitions. Reporting directly to the Head of Audit, and working as part of a considerable international professional team based across the world, the successful applicant will carry out financial and operational audits, systems reviews, and risk assessments. 

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others, ensuring excellent service delivery and communicating effectively both as a member of a team and on their own initiative. Adaptability and determination are key personal attributes, and you will be encouraged to look for innovative solutions to any problems you may encounter.  You should have a commitment to constant improvement and delivering a better service, therefore you should be self-motivated, pro-active and willing to take on tasks and duties commensurate with the role. 

This position is seen as providing a real opportunity for the successful applicant to ultimately move into a senior line accounting role with the Group. The candidate will ideally have worked for one of the top International Accountancy Practices, with relevant experience in the insurance sector, or financial services auditing and appropriate professional qualifications.
