Job Description
Citizant is hiring a Data Analytics Solutions Leader with experience planning, communicating, and advising big foundational data, advanced analytics, or AI/ML initiatives within an enterprise IT office (e.g., CIO, CTO, CDO). This exciting and impactful role provides the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a potentially revolutionary technology transformation that will improve government efficiency and responsiveness to the American public.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience in creating the structures and workflows to enable technological change within a distributed organization, including long-term strategic planning, road mapping, senior stakeholder engagement, change management, and governance development for AI/ML implementation. Passion for maturing organizational capabilities and using AI/ML to transform how an agency achieves its mission is essential!
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Develop, communicate, and execute high-level strategy for agency-wide AI/ML adoption to include the maturation of an existing Center of Excellence.
- Envision and author governance documents aligning with organizational strategic objectives and best practices for data governance.
- Collaborate with business unit representatives to mature the use of AI/ML within their respective organizations.
- Provide change management and process workflow subject matter expertise to inform strategic communications and the creation of AI/ML governance workflows.
- Advise executive leadership on the most effective courses of action for change management.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- A strategic--level view of the steps necessary to adopt agency-wide technology from ideation to realization, including work with Centers of Excellence or similar entities within a distributed organization.
- Ability to analyze the needs of senior stakeholders and provide custom solutions that are tailored to the organization's structure and cultural norms.
- Understand the business value of AI/ML, data analytics, data governance, and other relevant technologies.
- Must have a strategic outlook, i.e., the ability to help an organization mature its understanding of data and the ability to communicate the value of enterprise data priorities/workstreams
- Experience supporting a government or financial organization with transformation/modernization initiatives and the development and maturation of enterprise services.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to make compelling presentations
- The proven ability to work seamlessly and flexibly as part of a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
Experience:
- Ten years experience and a related bachelor's degree.
Clearance Requirements:
- A current Public Trust determination or the ability to receive a Public Trust determination.
- U.S. Citizenship.
