Job Description

  • Provides United States Space Force (USSF) Space Operations Command (SpOC) training development and delivery services.  Tools include, but are not limited to SharePoint, Accenture’s Task Management Tool (TMT and Microsoft Teams. Delivery will include online, classroom (Hands On Training), and one-on-one support.
  • Work with the USSF, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Support Team in delivering high quality instruction to our Space Guardians and staff.
  • Updates EIS Support Resource Center with self help resources, Frequently Asked Questions, tips and tricks.
  • Develop collaboration curriculum using application specific information tailored for our government customers.
  • Setup and ensure training rooms are setup and ready for Hands on Training.
  • Prepare instructor and student access to collaboration applications prior to class start.
  • Travel to Space Force Bases to conduct in person training (approximately 4-6 weeks a year.
  • Work with training team to manage class scheduler tool.
  • Maintain highest level of professionalism in representing Citizant and our customer.
  • Ensure quality surveys are completed by students and enter data into Survey Metrics database.  Conduct monthly review of training status to present to government leadership.
  • Position requires four weeks of travel outside of the local area per year.
  • Be part of our cross utilization program for SharePoint Solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems analysis or related field with 3+ years’ experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree requirement (i.e., associate degree and 7+ years’ experience or high school diploma and 8+ years’ experience).
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Use of Office 365 tool suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical issues and status with all levels of military and civilian personnel within USSF.
  • Experience in developing and delivering Microsoft Collaboration training curriculum.
  • ACTIVE Secret clearance required 
  • Must be local to Colorado
