Job Description

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Works closely and effectively within a multi-disciplined Quality and Process team.
  • Builds effective relationships with the client and within Citizant team to provide valuable, timely support for process maturity and standards compliance.
  • Provides process improvement consulting and assessment planning support to government customers, helping organizations to achieve higher performance and quality delivery capabilities.
  • Assesses the utilization of software development tools such as Rationale CLM to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Analyzes CMMI assessment findings and recommend remediation plans and solutions for organizational processes as well as projects and services.
  • Audits and reviews processes and procedures against government SDLC and industry standards, such as ISO, ITIL, Agile and CMMI.
  • Prepares and presents status reports, communications and briefings on time as directed by the Task Order and team schedule.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

 

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  •  Must be able to obtain and maintain Minimum Background Investigation/Public Trust
  • Candidate has working experience with the following Standards and Models: CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, PMBOK, ITIL, SAFE
  • Candidate has working experience with the following Project Management tools: MS Office, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint
  • Candidate has working experience with the following Life Cycle methods: Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, Service Establishment and Delivery
  • Candidate has working experience in organizations assessed at CMMI level 3 or higher for services and development
  • Candidate has participated in a CMMI level 3 or greater appraisal
  • Candidate has designed and documented processes used company/account wide
  • Candidate has process development and process improvement experience
  • Candidate has implemented software processes associated to all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Candidate has experience leading process improvement projects and initiatives
  • Candidate must have Customer/Vendor Client facing experience
  • IRS experience and current MBI desired
