Job Description

This position will serve as the scrum master for a large DevOps implementation team at a Federal Agency.  Duties will include:

·         Provide leadership

·         Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies

·         Communicate with stakeholders

·         Act as a Scrum/Agile subject matter expert for the client

·         Oversee timeline, quality, goals and deliverables

·         Report on project performance and successes

·         Assist in identification of key performance indicators

·         Provide people management support for team resources

·         Assist with creation of project documentation

·         Create and maintain agile roadmaps

·         Assist with proposal development and serve as Agile SME

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or other technical discipline

·         CSM Certification

·         4 or more years professional experience working as a Scrum Master

·         8 or more years professional experience working in IT

·         Experience interacting with senior level management. Candidate must be able to communicate at the appropriate levels with both management and technical resources

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Deep understanding of Agile concepts

·         Exceptional organization skills and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and tasks

·         Experience with DevOps is a plus

·         PMI PMP or ACP a plus

·         Must be able to acquire a public trust clearance
